Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. However, we do not have a return policy. Goods Once Sold cannot be returned.
Cancellation
- Rider: If you cancel after pickup, the rider will return the product and you will pay for the delivery fee.
- Parceling: If you cancel after parceling, you will incur both the sending and return fees.
- Compensation: You will get refund for the item after successfully returning the order.
